What sets Spa L'Occitane apart and how does it position itself in the field of holistic well-being?
What makes Spa L’Occitane so special is that the brand continues to write its story through the products and treatments we develop. L’Occitane’s commitment to
innovation and constant improvement of its products is also reflected in the spa treatments, offering an experience of total relaxation and well-being. Through our spa expertise, the talent, and creativity of our teams, we choreograph the know-how of the brand.
How would you define holistic well-being and why has it become so important?
Holistic well-being is the fact of considering an individual as a whole and taking into account all dimensions of its life, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
There is a growing appetence for wellness. It is a complex ecosystem that brings together many stakeholders, who act on both health and well-being. In this context, L’Occitane en Provence has focused its efforts on developing its spa concept to offer an innovative holistic experience that fits within this ecosystem.
Tell us about the new concept of L'Occitane Spas and its specificities.
The Spa L'Occitane concept has transitioned in two ways.
Firstly, by making the treatment offer more understandable to the public and secondly by
placing the experience in a broader context of holistic well-being.
It is precisely this personalized holistic approach to well-being that is at the heart of the new concept of Spa L’Occitane.
"Spas L'Occitane position themselves as true well-being destinations."
It showcases the quality of the products used with their distinctive sensoriality, as well as the sunny and warm universe of the brand.
The Spas L’Occitane also relies on a close collaboration between the brand and hotels to embody a common goal of well-being that can meet the specific needs of each destination, their history, and their vision.
